Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary by location, but typical delivery windows are:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. PRIMTHEBRAND is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Return & Exchange Policy
At PRIMTHEBRAND LLC, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at tyraymondbooking@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
