Order Tracking

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
PRIMTHEBRAND is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at primthebrand@yahoo.com before your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PRIMTHEBRAND is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local carrier or post office directly.
